BLOGMAS DAY 6- WHAT A LOVELY YEAR

Здравствуйте (hello in Russian, weird one) once again how are you, as I am waiting for some photos to upload to the blog I thought I might as well write another post so that I am up to date again. I was just having a stalk of my own blog and I went right back to the first post I wrote in January and it was of course new year’s resolutions, in the post I write about how I wanted this year to be a happy one and I can honestly say that this year has been the best year ever. Just like any year it has its ups and downs but the downs haven’t been to low and the ups have been right up there in the sky.

I feel like this year has gone so quickly I can’t believe that next year I will be 15, 15. Gosh that seems so old, and I can’t believe that I am in year 10 I remember back when I was an ugly little year seven and the year 10s seemed like the biggest tallest people ever and now I am one (I do still yet scared by the six formers).

  

I think that the reason that this year has been so amazing is that I have met so many new and amazing people that have made this year special mainly through Scouts but also on my holidays. I would love to go back and relive those moments but I can’t so I will just have to make the most of the rest of this year. There is still one month left and I want to make this year have an amazing conclusion. My teachers are always telling me how important a good conclusion is even if the rest of your writing wasn’t very good they always tell me to have at least a good conclusion.

  

So if your year hasn’t been the best for whatever reason try and write yourself a good conclusion to this year that you can look back on and go “I wish I could do that again”

Sorry for being like a little rambling machine but I felt like this post tied in well with the last page.

BLOGMAS DAY 5- MY YEAR IN PICTURES

Haloo (hello in Finnish) today you very lucky people will get two blogposts, 2 for the price of 1, because I am incapable of writing one post a day. Today I went for a lovely walk on the hills but my camera is still broken, because my mother dropped it in a river, so I couldn’t take any picture :( life ist nicht so gut. Anyway instead I am going to share some of my favourite photos from this year with you, If you have been here since forever and have read all my posts (which is no one) then you will have seen most of these but for all of those who haven’t here is my here in photos.

Well, well, well I hope that you enjoyed that and I also hope that there where not too many, that seems to be a bad habit of mine.

BLOGMAS DAY 4- PINTERST

Hola, how are we all so it is obviously not the 4^th today but I was away last night and yea. So this post is one whole day late, bad Octavia, but what do you expect its 19 days till Christmas cut me some slack people ;). I wouldn’t call this a proper post, because really all my going to do is tell you to go over to my Pinterest. BUT I have good reason, I have lots of board over there and some of them are to do with Christmas, soo if you aren’t feeling Christmassy enough yet then I suggest you pop over there, yes of you go, bye ;).

BLOGMAS DAY 3- RELIGION

Bonjour, I am listening to Taylor Swift (just too Christmassy I know) and it has put me in such a good mood. I also have a really sore arm and a sore leg as I managed to fall on a wall, not off a wall I actually tripped up on a wall and stayed on it was a very scary moment *note to self don’t walk on high walls that have stones on them*. Back on the topic of this post I want to talk about religions and what I celebrate and what I do to celebrate my religion.

Personally I am a Christian and so I celebrate Christmas, to celebrate this we always have an advent candle counting down the days to Christmas, we also go to 3 or 4 choir services where we all sing Christmas carols. Me and my family also got to the Christingle service which is where we decorate an orange with a candle which shows Jesus as the light of the world, then have sticks with sweets which represent the four season and a ribbon that goes around the middle of the orange to show blood and of course the orange represents the world. I really enjoy this service as it is always quite fun. On Christmas eve we will go down to church at midnight for midnight mass which is just mass at midnight but it so special as everyone is in the Christmas spirit and you go in and it is Christmas eve and then you come out and it is Christmas eve. My family also goes to the Christmas day service but I’m never up for that.

BLOGMAS DAY 2- STOCKING FILLERS

‘Ello there, how are we all. It is now the second of day of Christmas so there are now only 23 days left till Christmas day, eeek I’m so excited I actually can’t explain it. Everyone at school keeps telling me that it is still ages away but I’ve stopped listening to them, bring on the Christmas song, mice pies and ques for everything. In this post I am going to link some sites to find presents on as I know how hard it can be to find good sites. I will also do a few DIYs but later in the month, I think I really need to write a list of what all the post are going to be about. Anyway on to the post…

Etsy- If you don’t know what Etsy is than I am ashamed of you, not really, but honestly if you haven’t already go and check this out it is full of cool presents and stuff.

Romwe- I only recently found this site but everything on here is so cheap and would be great to get little stocking fillers for people

Soictey6- This place is amazing I love all of the prints that they do and you get such a big price range, from little stocking fillers to big under the tree presents

Redbubble- I found this site through Instagram and it just has lots of unique and cool bits and bobs to get for all those awkward people out there.

Your local store- If you’re not like me and you leave your Christmas shopping to the last minute just pop down to your local shop and they will probably have some chocolate or some nice smelly stuff

Blogmas Day 1- Feel the Power of Love

Heyyya, how are we all? Good I hope.  Today is the first of December do that means that I should start Blogmas, right? Given this year’s track record of blogging I’m not sure how successful this will be, but hopefully it will work. I am currently listening to everyone’s of John Lewis’ Holiday advert songs and they are all so good. I am trying my best to not get too excited about the Holidays but honestly this month coming up is going to be such a good month. Leading up to the Holidays I am doing something every weekend, but I will tell you about those when the time comes. At the moment let’s just take a moment to appreciate the world around us and be happy for all the people that we have been thankfully blessed with.

In Britain we don’t have thanksgiving and it really upsets me because I have so much to be thankful for and so much that I take for granted so this post is dedicated to the things all of us need to be thankful for. We need to be thankful for the love that so many of have and so many of don’t have and if you don’t have it go exploring and find the love that everyone deserves. This last month I have met so many new amazing people and it has left my heart too large for my chest. I don’t think that I can explain how thankful and happy I am that I have this love, because I believe that without some sort of love whether it’s being love or feeling love and gratified for someone else everyone should have it, if I could give one present to everyone I would give them enteral love as I believe that if we gave them that then all the politicians would have respect for each other and I just think that a lot of problems that have happened recently could be solved if just fix the one problem of the missing love. So let’s fix this and this holiday try and give someone an act of extraordinariness and make some feel loved, whether it’s the old lady next door who spends their Holiday alone or that homeless man you see everyone on the way to work. Let them more than anyone else feel the power of love and I bet that you will too.

Hello there, I have been gone for a while now and if you read my last post you will know that my camera is broken which is the main reason that I have disappeared, also that and I have now started my G.C.S.E year so it feels like I always have a piece of homework that I have to complete or something to revise for. So when the opportunity to do the liebster award came around, again, I bookmarked it and meant to do it but I just kept forgetting. And so I present to you:
